Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager will report in to the CEO and founders and will be responsible for the market/area assigned.

We are looking for someone with a combination of skillsOur Sales manager will have strong client relationships and possess great networking skills.

 

The Sales Manager's responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your current portfolio of customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Sales Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.

Responsabilities:

  • Market opportunities analysis;
  • Client research;
  • Client contact and acquisition;
  • Monetise client relationships
  • Negotiation with clients;
  • Client retention;
  • Results optimization;
  • Customer evaluation for upselling;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Activities of post-sales;
  • Business volume extension with existing clients;
  • Update the management about ongoing actions and work on new projects / markets / customers;
  • Monitor the market to be aware of new technologies and our competitors’ tools
  • Check with accounting and finance regarding the financial exposure of clients and keep them informed them about new customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven record of lateral thinking, innovation and application
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Min 5 yrs spent on the same position with a proven track records
  • Diligent information management
  • Deep understanding of the market: performance marketing, retargeting, etc;
  • Excellent sales skills: communication and negotiation, motivation for sales, sales planning, building relationships
  • Computer knowledge: office, especially power point and excel;
  • Languages knowledge: professional working proficiency with English and another language preferred;
  • Team work, results oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines
  • Quick learner, project management skills
  • Ability to communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Open-minded
  • Flexible
